  • What is the earliest I can Check-in?

    Standard check-in time is 2pm, but if you wish to check in earlier, give us a ring and we will endeavour to assist.

    Yes, please give us a call if you're wanting to arrive after 6pm.

    We have parking on the premises.

    Yes, all rooms at the Central Motel are non-smoking.

    No not onsite but there are have many restaurants, pubs and cafes close by.

  • Do you have 24 hour office hours?

    Reception is open from 8am to 6pm.

  • Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?

    Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi in all rooms.

  • Do you have an outdoor entertainment area?

    Yes, we have two outdoor areas with seating for large or small groups. One set in a delightful rose garden and a large 4 burner BBQ.

  • How close are you to the shops?

    Just a 25 metres walk to Sackville and Bank Street, where you will find all your shopping needs.  Chemist, supermarket, sports store, newsagent etc.

  • How close are you to restaurants?

    ll within easy walking distance and majority just around the corner. There’s no need to drive when dining out if you stay here with us. Chinese, Thai, Mexican, Italian, Turkish, Pizza & pasta, traditional pub meals, fresh seafood, takeaways. You’ll have trouble choosing where to eat.

  • What is your Cancellation Policy?

    A cancellation fee of $50 will be charged if the booking is cancelled 7 days prior to the booking. The first nights tariff will be charged if cancelled inside 7 days. date and time. Cancellations received less than 24 hours, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged.

  • Will my room be serviced?

    Yes your room will be serviced daily but please note there will be no services on a PUBLIC HOLIDAY.

  • How do I guarantee my booking?

    Credit card details are required to secure room booking.
